Complete electrical installation for a luxury custom home in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Power Professors handled the home’s lighting, power, appliance circuits, low-voltage wiring, home theater infrastructure, and custom electrical features from construction through final installation.
Power Professors completed the electrical work throughout this newly constructed luxury residence. The project required careful coordination with the builder, designers, and other trades to ensure every electrical component complemented the home’s modern architecture.
The lighting package included recessed ceiling lights, decorative wall sconces, statement chandeliers, kitchen pendant lighting, under-cabinet illumination, bathroom vanity lighting, and integrated LED lighting beneath the staircase treads.
We also installed dedicated appliance circuits, kitchen and laundry power, media wall connections, structured low-voltage wiring, ceiling speakers, security and smart-home infrastructure, and a dedicated equipment rack.
The finished system delivers reliable power, balanced illumination, convenient controls, and a clean modern appearance throughout the home. Every installation was completed with close attention to safety, functionality, and visual detail.
The home’s clean architectural style required electrical components to remain visually unobtrusive while still providing extensive lighting, entertainment, appliance, and low-voltage functionality. Fixtures, switches, outlets, LED channels, speakers, and equipment connections had to be positioned precisely without disrupting the interior design.
